Leonor is our Director of Operations. She handles all the guests’ communication (before, during, and after their stay), coordinating every detail with the utmost importance and priority. Interacting with every guest is what she enjoys the most! She also takes pleasure in the challenges of the administrative processes with great results (from supplier payments, company procedures, costs and budget reports, and more). Leonor has been with the company for 10 years. Prior to that, she spent over 15 years in the tourism industry, as a Concierge (former Les clefs d’Or member), and specializing in high-end boutique properties. As a Business Degree Graduate, Leonor has innate skills to coordinate every detail for our guests, ensuring proper management for the guests’ expenses, so our clients get the maximum value for their money.
Spending time with her family, listening to French songs, and dancing to Salsa music are some of her passions (and she excels at Salsa dancing!)
